Hi I’m Isabel, I specialise in therapeutic yoga for menopause, fertility and menstrual health.
I focus on gentle, inquisitive sessions that empower you to discover a new appreciation for your body, mind and wellbeing.
In 2023 I created the Luna Shala. A home for yoga in the heart of the East Midlands, nestled between Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

About
I’ve been practicing yoga since my early 20’s (20 years - how did that happen?!) and it’s become an increasingly important part of my life. Yoga always seems to find me when I need it most.
Since my initial training in 2020, I’ve trained extensively to expand how I can support the community: Cosmic Kids Children’s Yoga, Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra Facilitation Training and Diploma in Clinical Ayurveda.
