Ayurvedic Consultations for Women – Natural Support for Hormone Balance, Stress & Wellbeing

I'm Isabel – Ayurvedic guide, yoga teacher and founder of While I Breathe: Yoga & Ayurveda. I offer gentle, personalised Ayurvedic consultations for women who want to feel more at home in their bodies and more connected to their inner rhythms.

Whether you’re feeling burnt out, overwhelmed by hormonal shifts, or just want to feel better in your body, Ayurveda offers deeply nourishing support – and I’d love to share it with you.

What is Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of natural medicine rooted in harmony – with your body, mind, emotions, the seasons, and your unique constitution. It’s a holistic, personalised approach to health and wellbeing.

In an Ayurvedic consultation, we don’t just look at your symptoms – we look at the whole you. Your lifestyle, digestion, menstrual cycle, energy, sleep, stress levels, and more. Then we gently work together to bring things back into balance.

What Can an Ayurvedic Consultation Help With?

  • Hormonal imbalances, including perimenopause and PMS

  • Menstrual health and fertility

  • Stress, anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Digestive issues like bloating or irregular appetite

  • Fatigue, burnout, or poor sleep

  • Reconnecting with your cycle and inner rhythm

  • Living in alignment with the seasons and your dosha

Each consultation includes

A detailed pre-session questionnaire to understand your unique story
A 60-minute consultation (in person or online)
A bespoke Ayurvedic wellness plan created just for you
(this will always include food & lifestyle guidance, herbs and cycle tracking, self-care rituals, yoga nidra or breathwork relevant to your need)
30 minute follow up coaching session to support you in transforming your health.

This in depth - whole health transformational consultation is £250

Why Work With Me?

I specialise in supporting women through life’s transitions – menstruation, fertility, perimenopause, and everything in between. My approach is rooted in ancient wisdom but grounded in real life: gentle, intuitive, and completely tailored to you.

You don’t need to be “perfect” or follow a rigid routine. You just need to be open to meeting yourself with compassion.

FAQs

  •  Not at all! I’ll guide you gently through everything you need to know.

  •  Yes – follow-ups are available if you'd like continued guidance.

  • Not necessarily. While a plant-based diet is often recommended for its light, sattvic (pure) qualities, Ayurveda is not dogmatic and can be adapted to suit your lifestyle. What matters most is what suits your unique constitution and current state of imbalance. I am personally vegan and there is a huge amount of evidence that wholefood-plant based diet is well suited to most people.
